Most online orders are shipped out within 24 hours. For weekends and after hours orders, please allow two business days to process order and 2-4 days for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase WITH receipt! No Refunds.
No exceptions.
Sale items, jewelry, shoes, masks, and accessories are FINAL SALES & cannot be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging. Not worn.

Once we receive your items back, you will be notified via email that you have received your store credit. Your store credit will reflect your purchase price minus shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
Hold Policy
Thank you for your interest! Once we have replied to your hold request, we will gladly hold a size for you, to pick up in store. Holds are available until the end of business day. We understand scheduling conflicts occur, however after the 24 hour hold, we will then re-stock the item in-store
